TSPortal will be released later today - this is a task for getting it deployed on Miraheze's infrastructure. This might be better off as a dedicated VM, it should be low traffic and shouldn't need to be redundant (though it being so wouldn't be a bad thing).

A subdomain also needs to be allocated for it - I'm think reports.miraheze.org as the main one as there might be plans to expand the portal away from just Trust and Safety matters to encompass general community matters as well.
