Updating 'wgCitizenShowPageTools' in "Special:ManageWiki/settings" not working

The theme "Citizen" I used on my wiki support the $wgCitizenShowPageTools variable for showing the Page Tools. This variable can be modified on "Special:ManageWiki/settings" but it doesn't change after saving.

$wgCitizenShowPageTools = login;

By the way, may I have $wgMainPageIsDomainRoot = true; in LocalSettings.php?

Sorry about the delay. This should now be fixed. As for $wgMainPageIsDomainRoot, I do not believe that is possible with our setup.
