Description

I am partially blocked on Terrible Shows & Episodes Wiki, and although no prevention of commenting is in the block, I cannot comment anyway. This appears to be a continuous issue, as I was partially blocked on GMW a year ago and the same thing happened.

Please make a feature request to upstream developers of the "Comments" extension asking that partial blocks not affect commenting and such. We cannot do anything locally as we do not maintain the extension.
