Excuse if this is the wrong place to do it, but a while ago I added to the community noticeboard a request to add a Brazilian Portguese wiki, although appears it got lost in the shuffle, so I'll add to Phabricator, if that's ok

Essentially, on dkpedia.com:

Prefix: pt-br

Interlang link: dkpt.miraheze.org, or dkwiki.org to be specific
