Visual editor: no "edit" links on pages

Wiki: https://antiwar.miraheze.org/

I have "Visual Editor" enabled and "&veaction=edit" works.
However there are no "edit" links, only "edit source".

I tried disabling and enabling extension again but it didn't help.

Please disable VisualEditor in the affected namespaces via Special:ManageWiki/namespaces and then re-enable it. That usually fixes the issue though that issue usually resolves itself randomly at a later date.
