Request for Lowercase_title template

Description

Due to some funky capitalization for the product name associated with my wiki (eVscope), I need to have page titles with leading lower case letters. Would it be possible to have this template from Wikipedia added - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Lowercase_title - ? If there is an existing template or other solution for this already present, a pointer to that would also be just as good!

Do what I did last summer, and turn off $wgCapitalLinks at Special:ManageWiki/settings#mw-section-links. (To turn capitalised titles back on in a namespace, use $wgCapitalLinkOverrides at Special:ManageWiki/namespaces/#; replace # with the NS code.)
