  • Go to Special:Upload

What happens?:

  • In addition to the file upload page, there is now a notice that reads "Note : lorem ipsum"

What should have happened instead?:

I believe that "lorem ipsum" needs to be replaced with the actual note.

Looks like someone wrote an override to the MediaWiki:Uploadtext system message using a template that only exists on meta. Should be fixed here.
