Notifications PHP fatal error on Horrible Music Wiki (Comments)

Description

I am having an issue on Horrible Music Wiki. I cannot access my notifications. When I try to access them, the Internet does this:

And yes I know it's not my Internet, as other pages on the Internet work, it's just this one as far as I know.

This is an issue with the Comments extension

PHP Fatal Error: Access level to EchoMentionCommentPresentationModel::$section must be protected (as in class EchoMentionPresentationModel) or weaker

This isn't fixed on Miraheze, I fixed it upstream. It still needs updated on Miraheze.
