Description

There are few issues probably originating from the recent "big bang".

  1. this page exists in my contribs history, but it does not actually exist.
  2. this page and this page has same page name, page id, but their history is disconnected.

I've instructed wiki people to stop editing until this issue is resolved (without using Sitenotice, for the fear of #1 repeating there) - any idea where it's coming from (and fix it)?

It would appear pages are creating in the main namespace (ID) and also in the user namespace.

For 1) that page seems to be in main namespace ID, but user namespace is overwritting it causing it to not be displayed.

For 2) two different pages, one is in the actual user namespace, but the other is in the main namespace ID.

I don't understand how or why this happened at all...

I've temporarily closed it to prevent editing (just in case ™ ). Feel free to unclose it to do something to fix it. It seems like you (the DBA) have to fix it internally - and you have my full blessings to do that. Let's see if it happens again....

I'm not sure if this is temporary glitch or something big happening inside... but we probably shall see it after fixing this current glitch (and the Big Bang is dealt with).

Just to note, one of the broken pages of the second example was moved to Broken/Revi/FAQ2
