So far, there are three options: keep normal Phabricator (might be insecure, I don't want this!), fork Phabricator and continue patching it, or move to another bug tracker. So far, Bugzilla is the only good open-source one I know, but many users dislike its GUI.

And plus, the interwiki will be useless and redundant as horribletvshowepisodeswiki will be closed and privated after the merge.
Would it really be an issue if we did the interwiki? After all, when you do imports manually interwiki is mandatory.

Just create the local accounts automatically for the merge. It works well, since both of the wikis are on Miraheze.

I have closed horribletvshowepisodeswiki.
In T7233#143591, @Dmehus wrote:@MarioMario456 This is quite an involved task and would take quite some time. With regard to redirecting horribletvshowepisodes.miraheze.org, preferred practice is not to redirect Miraheze subdomains because it becomes challenging to remember which subdomains are redirected to another wiki. So would you be okay with not redirecting horribletvshowepisodes.miraheze.org and instead you could just keep horribletvshowtvshowepisodeswiki active as a read only wiki with a local sitenotice pointing users to terribletvshowswiki for, say, 2-3 months, then you could request the former wiki be deleted?

While we could link to the Internet Archive version, since that no longer exists for some reason, we do need to link to the contributors' usernames, so we'll have to use --username-prefix-"wikia:community"

The one on awfulmovieswiki is null because I created T7200.

When I fixed the wiki logo, it took a while to update itself, but also for a while, JavaScript then replaced the wiki logo. It fixed itself (as I said).

I propose we simply import the full revisions, I'm not sure why that would be an issue for you.

Copying from discussion on IRC, we can definitely set the --username-prefix="wikia:cancelled-movies" for you, per this request; however, I'm not aware of a parameter in the importDump.php maintenance script to specify the edit summary, so you will likely need to do that part manually to every page, to ensure you're 100% compliant with CreativeCommons licensing.
https://github.com/wikimedia/mediawiki/blob/REL1_35/maintenance/importDump.php#L99 The username-prefix parameter can always be used to attribute the Fandom wiki editors.

I think the import should begin with the prefix "wikia:cancelled-movies". It might not be 100% compliant with CC-BY-SA 3.0 (Wikia's license), but that won't matter, as I'll put information regarding imported edits on the Main Page.
