I deselected Wikibase from the wiki extensions since I do not see any real need for it and the issue has thus been solved.

Please review the above images as this issue is not just unique to the original images posted, but also of these images uploaded by different users, at different times, and with different versions of software/devices. Every time I upload an SVG, it's a guessing game on whether it will work or not on the wiki because one version might work, and a newer version will simply not.

Is this issue an upstream problem that rests with MediaWiki or is this potentially fixable at the local level here at Miraheze in the near, foreseeable future? These errors are incredibly frustrating as a great deal of the Constructed Worlds Wiki's (Altverse) projects are dependent on vector images and the inability to upload them on the wiki, without needing to compromise quality (by uploading the raster PNG version) is disheartening to say the least.
