I'm not sure if this is a bot spreading spam or a confused user but this is the Miraheze wiki service's issue tracker, not a help desk for whatever that website is.

If Puppet is left disabled for too long, its Puppet facts begin to expire, including information about its IP address so it's deleted from ferm. Puppet needs to be re-enabled, re-ran, and then ran on db161 to re-add test151's IP to ferm.
Is puppet running on test151?

I'm not sure if we can mass replace the name of interwiki prefixes in edit histories. I do see that the correct prefix does appear on some pages though, such as in the history of the main page. On what page does it appear incorrectly?

Once again purged 13-16G of Varnish logs.

It cannot, unfortunately. Both are deeply tied in.
Just to confirm: you want the database name changed from b3313wiki to w3313wiki? Doing so will also change the subdomain to w3313.miraheze.org.
Feb 15 2024
We should still rebalance the successors.

SQL patch running on all wikis now. This might've been missed on deleted wikis.

Added to CSP. Puppet will deploy this change in ~30 minutes or less.
In T10844#235251, @Original_Authority wrote:@Agent_Isai is there plans to bring over the changes WikiTide made to S:RW for this?
Fixed by running migrateRevisionCommentTemp.php

Transient error which is fixed. The underlying cause of why ManageWiki cache doesn't seem to regenerate on all servers will be investigated though.
Resolved by @OrangeStar. Thank you!

LogoFunctions is at fault. Disable it and try again.
Please paste the full error.
RatePage disabled globally. Paladox has submitted a patch to fix it so that is pending that.
AuthorProtect disabled globally. Paladox has submitted a patch to fix it so that is pending that.
Deleted wikis (i.e. marked for deletion but not dropped) were not in $wgLocalDatabases on purpose as they were treated as missing. This was an issue because CentralAuth still had record of those wikis existing so on login, it tried to add jobs for wikis that 'didn't exist' to MediaWiki (because they weren't in $wgLocalDatabases) so you got this error (this code previously worked but apparently only because of a bug).
Upgraded to 1.41! That was mostly seamless, except for one particular login bug and the Anisa having a bug similar to Fluent.
Why? May i ask?
It caused massive failures in the jobqueue due to incompatibilities with the parser.
So you locked a user to fix it, and did the user purposefully try to mess it up in any way? Or what is just a random account.
Why? May i ask?

They've been waiting a very long time for it. I'd be okay with them trying it out.

Now deployed. If a wiki wishes to have it enabled, they can request it at Steward requests.

I did think about that but not everyone on Phabricator is an issue but I might be getting to much into the specifics and semantics.
While this is possible, the only issue would be that jw-cdn.org isn't in the CSP so browsers will decline to load the images even if we enable the setting in question. That domain will need to undergo a CSP review.
I believe you have to enable it at Special:ManageWiki/settings -> Editing(?).

I think he meant to say disable VisualEditor's *wikitext editor* mode. You can do this in Special:Preferences by looking for "2017 wikitext editor" and disabling the option. Everything in the missing section is moved into a window that's only visible when you click "Save changes" which let's you set a description, view copyright warnings, etc.

Due to the above-closed task, we were forced to migrate early. We didn't do replication and instead just copied /srv/mariadb/ over from each old db server.

503s no longer display a Twitter feed. They instead link to a static help page on GitHub Pages which explains what may have happened and links to our social media and status page so technically this is invalid?

This stumped everyone around for quite some time and no one was able to guess why this issue suddenly popped up so that's why no one looked into it. It seems Moderation on this wiki was enabled ages ago when the type for mod_preloadable was tinyint. This was changed to int in Moderation in 2018 but there appears to be no SQL patch was ever run for that. I've since run the needed SQL for that on all wikis which may predate this change. Sorry for the delay.

In Special:ManageWiki/settings
Have you enabled this setting?

This can only be considered if we reach our fundraiser goal/basic sustenance goal. Otherwise, this cannot proceed as we have no funds to pursue this.
RottenLinks grabs links from pages as they are, without modifying http -> https. All the "http" links you see there are because whoever wrote that link on a page originally used "http" rather than "https".
Please reopen if this is still happening.
