My wiki language code is "ja" (https://wikisitewiki.miraheze.org/wiki/Special:ManageWiki/core), but the interface is in English and I cannot enter special pages in Japanese. Even if I set it to English, I am forwarded to the Japanese one.
There are times when they can be seen.
