I think 'SenderName' => 'Miraheze No Reply', should be 'SenderName' => 'Contact Form on ' . $wgQboxNext
I would also like to see 'IncludeIP' => true,

Een contactformulier is niet geconfigureerd voor deze pagina of onjuist is geconfigureerd.
A contact form is not or wrongly configured for this page...

I'm sorry, but editing MediaWiki:Sidebar does not help me out. Nothing changes when I alter something there...
Furthermore I do not have the faintest idea how to get a breadcrumb-like menu there...
