Is this still an issue?
It's very easy to bypass any restriction on making accounts by just making an account on another wiki as all accounts are global. The only way you can prevent that is by using a wiki not connected to the central login wiki.
This doesn't support CentralAuth and no similar solution will ever work as this is easily bypassable.
SpriteSheet is 101% broken iirc since like 1.38? I haven't seen too many people complain (maybe around 1 or so) so that shows its usage.
Just confirming what position you mean as SRE can mean the group and the role and in this case, the role is what you're applying for.
What position are you applying for? Site Reliability Engineer? MediaWiki Engineer? Software Engineer?

Priority is just a cosmetic tag. It'll do absolutely nothing nor invoke some reserve sysadmins from the shadows.
The new wiki can't use the same subdomain as the old one, by the way. A shame it's taken this long to handle such a simple task though.

With MobileFrontend enabled, you can enable any skin as the default mobile skin, just go to the "Styling" tab of ManageWiki and change $wgDefaultMobileSkin.
This extension seems to be incompatible with the shared accounts system of CentralAuth.
We'd be more than happy to delete your wiki once that's done, if you so wish it.

That link should work. Images on private wikis don't work for those who aren't logged in.
Ideally, Amanda should tackle some extension (CreateWiki, ManageWiki, etc.) tasks before being granted any access. I've yet to see them do anything related to coding and I've mostly observed her sorting Phabricator tasks or some basic mw-config changes.
This is an upstream bug which I believe is fixed in MediaWiki 1.40.

I haven't officially left my post though everyone has accelerated it and removed me from all places despite a formal tender of resignation never having occurred.
This extension hasn't received updates for almost a decade and has its code on the page. It would be impossible to install this.
Orain.org has such a legacy behind it. While I'm pretty sure the amount of users for it is near 0, I'd ideally like to keep it and maybe redirect *.orain.org domains to their corresponding*.miraheze.org counterparts. All *.orain.org domains redirect to Meta apart from domains like allthetropes.* but I'd also like to research into whether we can economize on that domain by transferring it's registration to a less costly service like Namecheap (from which, ironically, orain.org was first registered on).
You can load CSS on demand using TemplateStyles or targetting a page via Common.css. You can also target on what pages JS loads on via Common.js.
For now, I'm erring on the side of declining while we see how IP Masking rolls out. Once we have more information on that and how it'll work/look like in MediaWiki, we can reconsider this as it'll be a hassle to suddenly yank this from users in the future.

I removed it from ManageWiki and did as said above and now OOJSPlus successfully loads on wikis with StandardDialogs enabled.

You can enable skins at Special;ManageWiki/extensions -> Skins. As for the ability to set custom domains, we can't allow users to do that because the process is far too complex for a wiki UI and requires that you have direct access to the server.
Per above which is 100% the culprit.
If you can provide us a database dump then definitely. Please provide us one and reopen this task once done.

@Routhwick somewhat unrelated but I tried to email you but you don't have an email verified on your wiki account. Would you be interested in helping us test Semantic MediaWiki on MediaWiki 1.40 to make sure we don't break SMW wikis when we upgrade/to ensure no bugs exist?
CentralAuth was reset on Betaheze. You'll need to create a new one, yes.
