Yes the problem is still there.
There is some issue with Firefox & discus in HTTPS pages.
I think it is due to the fact that disqus comments are loading as external(insecure) content in HTTPS.

I found that the comments are working some times on a different browesr like IE

Can you please change ".pcap" to "pcap" in LocalSettings.php file.
