Strange, because a tooltip over an info icon appears to be quite possible, so why not an icon with external URL?

This task is NOT complete. The only extensions that were enabled, according to https://phabricator.miraheze.org/rMWCF2b764631b17b7c6a83088f8c15168aa57e173924 are SimpleToolTip and Translate.
This leaves Universal Language Selector, Localisation Update and Clean Changes to be enabled.

Can I request adding SimpleTooltip (https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:SimpleTooltip) here as well, or should I create a new ticket for that? This extension too exists in the MH Git.

OMG, i thought that the image would auto-resize like all the other images on the wiki!!! This is no good. Please replace with https://static.miraheze.org/cpiwiki/0/01/CPI_Alpha_DS_2_160px.png (which is 160x160)

Please add permissions to use this extension to the Bureaucrats group, as it's of no use to anyone if nobody can use this extension.

I like to believe that 7+ hours would be enough time for the issue to resolve itself, because that's how long I have waited before reporting it here. (Waited over 5 after initially reporting it on IRC)

I would like to request that this issue is being kept open and updated. I too am affected by this issue and would like at the very least to have a workaround for this, like for example a cronjob that runs a manual update every X muinutes.
