One example is: https://static.miraheze.org/samskritavyakaranamwiki/f/fc/1_-_dhAtugaNAH.pdf (1 - dhAtugaNaH.pdf ) which can be found on this page: https://worldsanskrit.net/wiki/01---dhAtugaNaparicayah/1---dhAtugaNAH. The favicon changes to the usual miraheze favicon rather than the custom one.

yes, but they didn't work, unfortunately, and didn't get much of a response on the community noticeboard as well. I'm not that proficient at CSS etc, which is why i was wondering if someone with more expertise could take a deeper look into this.

It would be good if users are able to type in worldsanskrit.net without the www and go to the site, so i'll remove the CNAME entry as Google won't let me put one in without the www.
I have done this now:
Sorry, i haven't worked on domain administration / configuration before, so i'm not exactly sure how to proceed.

It's working now, thanks a lot for looking into this one!
Sorry, the discord link you sent above wouldn't work for me, and i wasn't 100% sure, so just to confirm, do we need to add e/ in the source?
On this page, https://samskritavyakaranam.miraheze.org/m/5tK,

Which extension needs to be enabled?
May 7 2021
Need help with this part:
looks like it is already enabled, i will try using it as an alternate option for now
For the time being, would it be possible to enable the TreeAndMenu extension (https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:TreeAndMenu) on https://samskritavyakaranam.miraheze.org ?

I tried doing that, but does that solve the larger issue? I doubt if a custom sidebar can be created on miraheze that is similar to the one on https://sites.google.com/site/samskritavyakaranam, just wanted to confirm.

I tried the fix mentioned in T4373 and the visual editor did load finally, but i think there is a bug at the higher level which still persists
Also, since the page for this extension mentions that the #content tag needs to be enabled for it, it got me wondering if making any edits to it using the common.css file resulted in us not being able to use the visual editor anymore
I wonder if this has something to do with Parsoid

As you can see here, the options near the title of the section seem to be mangled up, and i'm struggling to get the VisualEditor working again.

It is definitely enabled, but when i try to edit it goes directly to 'Edit Source' and not the Visual Editor, i wonder if it is something wrong with my browser or something that happened due to changes made to Common.css

Site is samskritavyakaranam.miraheze.org, sorry for the typo above.

@Reception123 for now i think we can go ahead on the miraheze domain itself, please go ahead with T6904 and close this ticket. Thanks!
@Dmehus Thanks a lot! Will keep this in mind for the future, still new to managing and administering wikis :)
@Dmehus I would like to go with option 1, i just don't know how to change the domain's nameservers myself
