As Lgolston points out mock editing the item populates the cargo table (open to edit / save without editing). However this was not a viable solution as I have so many records in the table.

Yes the error still occurs. I opened the page and made a minor change and then saved and got the error -
Jul 24 2022
Just wondered whether there is a ETA for fixing of this problem? Or even if there is a workaround that would mean I could recreate a single table? If I can rebuild my policies table I can live with the issue for now as I don't need to rebuild data in any others for the time being.
Jul 2 2022
Ok - many thanks for looking into it I'll go ahead with my newsletter without the policy document.
Jul 1 2022
If you feel this is too high a priority then please drop back to normal. Just hoping for a fix prior to the weekend.
Jun 30 2022
Setting priority as I could do with this resolved by the weekend if possible. I need to use the data from the Policies table to create a document for circulation on my newsletter.

My apologies for the delay. Ok I think I've set up CloudFlare properly now. I would like the below as my custom url if possible:
Apr 28 2021
Should add the custom domain is thepolicyhub.org.uk - the wiki bit being what subdomain I'll put on Cloudflare.

Aha - It is identified as a tracker and blocked. I've heard this before about AddThis.
aha... you are so spot on. I use Firefox and I just tried it in chrome and edge and it works fine. My fault... when something doesn't work I usually try it in a different browser before raising it. It'll be an add-on I have in Firefox that is blocking it I suspect. Thanks very much

Following discussions with Civihosting we don't think this extension is suitable for the environment as their system will not allow the extension to create databases on their server. CiviHosting could word it better from a technical front, but from my point of view I can't ask them to expend anymore time trying to get this extension working.

or if I set this:
It is Michael back - what should I be setting to get rid of this please?
Many thanks @Void. I'll pass this on to the hosting company to do as they'll want to know how to do it for future installs. Can I leave this open for the time being just in case they come back with any issues/questions?
Thanks, that would be really great – if it helps you at any point I can give you access to this chaps wiki so you can compare setup. He’s only just had it added and I’ve been working with his host provider trying to get useful extensions added. The provider hadn’t come across your extension before, so didn't know what to watch out.
I have CreateWiki installed. I am pretty sure I won't have it installed correctly. I'm a beginner at this type of thing. Of all the configuration settings listed on the https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:CreateWiki, which ones are mandatory. If I'm struggling with identifying the values I should add, I'm pretty sure the hosting company should know where to source the information.

Thanks @Paladox - I'll close this now.
It is now working! I could tell it was going to work because previously it had a processing circle of whirliness in the centre of the screen when you were creating a form and now it doesn't. I haven't closed this ticket. I'm interested as to whether someting happened overnight that sorted Cargo out?
Feb 27 2019
Just to add to this, I think the problem is more likely on the Cargo side. I say this because those parameters are passed to the Template "Cargo_Store" function from Page Forms against the field. I added the parameters directly into the Cargo Store statement to see if they worked in that scenario and they didn't.

Thanks everybody. I hadn't had my usual email notifications for this, so didn't realise you'd added it until now. Much appreciated

Sigh. Now I'm trying to build up my twitter presense. And still struggling with the lack of WikiSEO. My cheat to get around open graph extension seems to have stopped working. Which hey ho, it was a troublesome workaround anyway. WikiSEO is the up to date version of what you presently have. You could dump "HTML Meta and Title" extension I suspect and any wikitext written it would still work. So users could switch over. Tell me no, tell me yes... but tell me something

Thx all
Thanks @Paladox
Ignore above - I managed to get rid of inputbox and it made no difference!

This is the example of what I have on the page:https://wiki.campaign-labour.org/wiki/Manifesto_Economy#Link_to_full_manifesto_.28PDF.29
I tried it on a few pages to no avail and in the end went down the route of purely putting links in. I'll go find an example and post what I had/have here.
@Paladox . I tested. Sorry the results are fairly long winded. {{setmainimage}} does not work according to my tests and {{setmaintitle}} creates issues in that it then forces me to set it on every single page. See test results below for details:
Sep 18 2018
Hi @Southparkfan - could I go back and test OpenGraphMeta again in that case. I tested it the other day and it didn't appear to actually work correctly. It wouldn't create the image in meta property without actually displaying the image on screen. The idea of writing them as SEO tags is that you can pick an uploaded image without needing to display on the page you are sharing to FB. For example when uploading to FB it might be you want your logo, but you wouldn't want that in the body of your page. I didn't test for long because of time and turned it back off because it was impacting negatively on some articles I was sharing. I can turn it on in the morning and do a few more tests.
@AmandaCath ok thanks for the update.
Oh this one :-( I have a facebook audience of 100,000 members and I wanted to start releasing articles. But they don't look professional if I can't control the og tags, so I've held off. First impressions and all that. Wouldn't WikiSEO be the natuaral progression for the Wiki.?The available extension: HTML Meta and Title is the older version? I hate to push this as I know you guys are volunteers and I can see the work you are doing everyday to improve the Wiki. Some great stuff. But I would love to give WikiSEO a shot and see if it solves my issue. I have been teaching myself JS to see if I could write something myself, but to be fair I just don't have the bandwidth to progress that quickly on that approach.

@Reception123, @MacFan4000 As this is not moving forward can I turn it into a formal request to have WikiSEO extension added please. I've tagged a couple of people because I'm not sure what status it is at on your outstanding list, so didn't know if my update would get seen. I've tried living with extension:OpenGraph, but it really is not what I need to control my og tags.

Why have you closed it? I haven't had a response. It should stay open until it is resolved?
Can't why you closed this. I'm waiting for a response. Nothing has been resolved as far as I'm aware.

@Reception123 is anybody able to take this one up? I'm using a messy workaround at the moment and as each day goes by I add more articles, which means more to fix when I have a solution to the og:image problem.

This task was for blocking export feature, but it was decided not to implement a solution. Moderation was also discussed, but that is now been managed on T3505. So closing this task now @Reception123. Thanks for your help on the export issue and we can monitor Extension:Moderation on T3505.
@Reception123; @John Nope, I don't want different settings to the default. This is what I put on T3502:
Aug 23 2018
The extension has been around a long time. My understanding is that when you push a open graph item to HTML for it to accept it, it needs to inclue other meta properties...
Aug 22 2018
@Reception123
I have set the configuration options I would like in bold. To in reality I would like the default in every case.
Hi, My wiki is https://wiki.campaign-labour.org/wiki/Main_Page
Thanks AmandaCath. I'll wait and see. If you are not getting demand for it off other wikis and it is a big job to set up, I appreciate it might not be worth Miraheze's time to implement. If I get it, I'll use it. If not I'll work around it :-)
Aug 21 2018
So it is a no to Moderation?
Yes the up on the time out would be good. Then I can add a reminder in my calendar for when I know it is due to expire. Can it be for a fairly extensive period? 3 months or so would be good.
I'm relaxed to stay the way I am based on what you have said. It'll be fine or it won't be - but whichever I can manage it. I can close this to save you the hassle if you like.
Certainly I like the idea of only admins being allowed to create pages. It is the biggest benefit I saw in the ProtectSite extension. Editing control is good rather than having to set it at each page. It's not the best extension I've ever come across :-) The time out should be optional really.
Many thanks for the Extension Moderation. I'll need to check into the license option. Where am I searching? Is it a server based license or Mediawiki? I want to be able to edit pages as would my other admins. It is quite a dynamic wiki, changing daily so I couldn't block editing and copying as a wiki wide solution.
Aug 20 2018
Ok thanks Wiki1776. I don't want to make it private, so I'll live with the risk. It is a small risk. My Wiki is starting to gain traction, so it will become less of a problem once it is entrenched.
Jul 23 2018
I reckon this is a local issue, so I'm closing
I'm at a loss. Other admins can see images. If I paste the link into FB even I can see an image when it renders the link. It has to be local to me, but I've changed nothing on my settings. Can we keep this issue open and I'll try to find what could be affecting images just for me? Do you know of any personal preference etc that could effect this?
It leaves me at a loss as to what to do. Frustrating. So I logged out and back in, I've cleared cache. I've checked a number of pages and where images showed they no longer do so. I'll chase an admin to see what they can see.
Ahuh - is this the situation?
I've cleared my cache many times since last night to try clear the problem
Even some of your images have gone for a walk :-)
Interestingly the image on this page shows, which uses a template. https://wiki.campaign-labour.org/wiki/Adrian_Bailey. Images don't show on this page https://wiki.campaign-labour.org/wiki/Municipal_Socialism_for_Modern_Scotland which has worked until now. Here is another example that was working >> https://wiki.campaign-labour.org/wiki/Fire_Service_Conservative_Impact
No images work for me at the moment. They were working until 11pm CET yesterday and I loaded some images for a key page I need to put links on. I added them to the page without the links yet. The image doesn't show. If I click on it, I go to the file, but no image shows. If you link to this page can you see the images https://wiki.campaign-labour.org/wiki/Labour_Campaigning_Toolkit?

Yep - for some reason my setting in options for PDF had been changed to download. That is a mystery as I certainly didn't change it, so maybe a Firefox update did it. Anyway meant it didn't display in PDFEmbed and it when clicking on [[Media:JRFDaveWatsonmunicipalsocialism.pdf|View PDF]] a download of the file was taking place. This wasn't obvious as the blue download arrow would flicker on probably for one second with a pdf.
I did some testing on this issue. I noticed that when I was browsing in Firefox and wanted to open a pdf from google search results, it wasn't working. If I copied the pdf link to another browser it worked. So I looked at my page in Chrome (I normally use Firefox) and lo and behold the pdf worked with both embed and image.

Many thanks for your help. Much appreciated.
My apologies - your instructions were clear enough. Turned off now.
Hopefully you can see the above image at your end. That is all I have set on Cloudfare. I followed their Cloudfare instructions and set the following on my domain server to point to them.
When I say... am I good? Am I good with that config to continue down the LE route? Which appeals as you know what you are doing and it is blatantly obvious that I'm winging it :-)
ok .... I have set cloudfare (cname = mw-lb.miraheze.org) as per your instructions. I've also changed my domain provider (namecheap) to point to cloudfare. Am I good?
I take it I re-configure on my domain server now and drop the use of CloudFare? LE is an instead of Cloudfare?
I'm happy to go with LE. Service is excellent with Miraheze, so I am confident you'll handle it well.
