I won't advise adding this to ManageWiki; it would complicate things. There's nothing wrong with doing it at the request of users.

As a matter of fact, it looks like the remaining templates that are not appearing in the lists of transclusion for that template are not existing, whereas they are.

SRE: I think the refreshLinks.php needs to be run on the wiki because, after a manual dummy edit to one of the templates the Twinkle_Standard_Installation template is transcluded in, the lists of transcluded pages for that template immediately updated with the template I dummy-edited.
So yeah, maybe refreshLinks.php or something similar would fix it.

This error started after making gpcommonswiki the Global File Usage wiki of all my wikis, it literally happens on all three wikis gpcommonswiki, gratisdatawiki, gratispaideiawiki.

Actually, setting `wgMFSiteStylesRenderBlocking` to true would make styles inside MediaWiki:Mobile.css become render-blocking, according to docs.
And unless I am wrong, a render-blocking resource is a portion of code in website files, usually CSS and JavaScript, that prevent a web page from loading quickly.
So I am not sure it does what you want.
Also, this is intended for situations where the TemplateStyles extension cannot be used. If it is enabled, it may increase the time it takes for the mobile site to render, depending on how large MediaWiki:Mobile.css is for your wiki.

You can do this by yourself. Simple visit https://lustdollplus.miraheze.org/wiki/Special:ManageWiki/settings#mw-section-media and find File Extensions ($wgFileExtensions), click on the box and scroll to find your desired file extension, add them one after the other and save your changes.

You mean dump for media files on the wiki? If yes, then you're good to go with using Special:DataDump page too. You can literally generate for pages, files, and managewiki json.

The interwiki is working as it is supposed to. But if you mean that you want the Wikipedia: prefix to link to https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:$1 (assuming that's what you mean) and not https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/$1, then it could be treated accordingly.

That is totally unrelated to this task, but, if you want to use pull properties from wikidata then federated properties that you have enabled already are the best bet, but you should never disable it. You can also manually create the individual properties. Importing them to your wiki via XML is not advisable, I mean, I will personally not advise any user to do that, you will face a lot of issues.

Hello @Iroi97 from the look of things, what I observed is, in the process of creating an account on miraheze, you created a first account which is just Iroi, this is the account you used to request this wiki in question, then you probably created another account which is now Iroi97 which is the one you're using to access the managewiki of this wiki.
Simply log in with the Iroi account so that you can be able to make changes to the wiki via ManageWiki.

please make the files you're attaching public so that we can see what you're seeing.
