Okay, yeah, trying that does make it work, I think. I visited one of the broken thumbnails directly and then retried it in MultimediaViewer and it did work!

The files that do and don't load for me are not consistent. Agent said they think it's related to a recent change y'all deployed.

Small update -- checking today, now some different images are affected, and some of the ones that were before aren't. Also, there's a very small one (600px) that's now affected, but it isn't trying to pull a thumbnail.
