Reception123 has reset permissions. You only need to remove 'edit' from the '*' group. Nothing else.
Permissions reset to default.

@RhinosF1 do whatever you need to do. We just want it so that only approved users can make edits, while nonusers etc. can only view.
@69unfortunately: it's probably going to be easier to just reset ManageWiki permissions to default, can we do that?

I think that this will work to detect the client language from the browser:
@Universal_Omega I actually thought of something - if these are missing wiki notices how could they display a user's language? Or were you thinking of a dropdown?

I've removed VisualEditor since it seems to load now. Unsure if it was related.
Some of the issues should now be fixed, do you mind verifying and letting us know of any remaining issues?
