It is somewhat difficult to donwload individual directories from GitHub, so I think the whole thing will have to be downloaded and then the other stuff deleted. For this reason, this request will probably take longer than usual

Absolutely.

@Edgard Hi, just to confirm that you'd like your entire wiki deleted (content, images, etc.) and replaced by this XML?
I don't think any images were actually imported by us yet. If we do that, is it fine if those might override any current ones uploaded with the same title?

After doing some more research, I believe our best bet at importing everything as we would like is using Weird Gloop's grabbers. I'll open a new task for importing using the grabbers once I can provide you with a dump & little server that can use that dump to respond as a live MediaWiki server would to the grabber's queries.
With regards to matching IDs, log IDs being very hard to match on import makes sense. Would matching be reasonable to achieve for revids, though?
I'm not sure if we can mass replace the name of interwiki prefixes in edit histories. I do see that the correct prefix does appear on some pages though, such as in the history of the main page. On what page does it appear incorrectly?
The interwiki prefix for the imported revisions is not correct. It is currently imported, but it should be either wikia:b3313 (single-level interwiki prefix) or fandom:b3313 (multi-level interwiki prefix). For reference, the initial import was performed using wikia:b3313. This needs to be corrected.
